I offer hypnotherapy for any issues, phobias or improvements that you want help with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I decided to become a hypnotherapist so that I could help people overcome the things that are holding them back, the things they suffer with everyday, to overcome terrible experiences, to feel more confident, to be the weight they want to be or to feel comfortable with their weight or body shape, to be able to sleep or able to go outside \u2026 whatever is holding them back in their lives. I am not by any means perfect and do not pretend to be &#8211; but the passion I have for helping others to overcome their struggles I have in abundance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hypnotherapy is amazing. It is a non intrusive way to overcome so many things and to move forward in your life. You don&#8217;t have to relive everything that has happened to you, you don&#8217;t have to tell me all of your secrets and I can&#8217;t make you cluck like a chicken (unless that is what you really want to do). YOU really do all the work &#8211; I am there to help you to the right place and to help you access your sub-conscious mind &#8211; the place where we make all of our changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have premises based in Rothwell where I deliver face to face hypnotherapy. I am able to offer appointments on weekdays and Saturdays &#8211; including some evening appointments to accommodate you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The whole process is completely confidential and all records are kept securely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choosing a therapist is a very personal thing and I appreciate that you may wish to speak to me prior to choosing me as your hypnotherapist. We can do this on the telephone or in person at my premises. There will be a link available soon for you to listen to my voice from this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to proceed with me as your therapist then I look forward to meeting you soon.
